tab (or log into Remote Web Access) and choose a version (up to the last 10
versions or 30 days). We even archive files deleted from your system (30 days)
or deselected from your backup (7 days).
Hard drive failure? Install a
new drive or buy a new computer, download our software and re-establish your
account using your ID and password, then restore your data.

Print multiple copies of the User Guide, write
your Password on them, and store them safely offsite. You will need your
Password to reinstall your account and restore your data in case of a drive
crash, fire, flood, theft, etc.
Select the files you need to back up, then run
an initial backup, which takes some time depending on the size of your files
and your upload connection speed. Subsequent backups run nightly on a
schedule you set.
